How fast can you ship?
We typically need up to 5 business days to produce your photo books. Shipping times vary:
- To the US: about 5–7 business days (outside peak seasons).
- To other parts of the world: up to 10 days or more, depending on the location.
Do you print my book?
Book manufacturing and payment processing is provided by our print-on-demand partner (Peecho).
There is an issue with my photo book. What can I do?
If your photo books arrive damaged or defective, we’ll make it right by offering a free reprint. Just send all the details, including photos of the issue, to [email protected]and we’ll be happy to help.
Because each photo book is custom-made for you, we’re unable to resell it to another customer. For this reason, we aren’t able to offer refunds. However, we’ll do everything we can to ensure you’re satisfied with your order!
I don’t like some photos in the book I received. Can you remove them and reprint it?
When creating your photo book, you have the option to review and delete any photos you don’t want included. By clicking the Order Photo Book button, you confirm that you’ve reviewed the book and are ready to proceed with printing. If you’d like to reprint your book with changes, this would require placing a new order at the full price. You can easily create a new order by visiting the Create section.
How can I delete my profile?
To delete your Easy Photo Book profile:
- Click your profile picture in the top right of Easy Photo Book.
- Click My Profile.
- Click Delete account, then confirm it in a pop-up window.
What is the status of my order?
To check the status of your orders:
- Click your profile picture in the top right of Easy Photo Book.
- Then click My Orders.
